Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Brent Thomas Dickins, of CS Insolvency, a division of Coombe Smith (PN) Limited, Chartered Accountants, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company, pursuant to section 241(2)(a), on 11 November 2022.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

The liquidators have fixed 14 December 2022 (20 working days) as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993. Creditors who have not made a claim at the date declared may be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.

Notice of Intention to Remove

Application to remove the above-named company will be made to the Registrar, pursuant to section 318(1)(e), on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) will be sent to the Registrar after 22 working days from the date of this notice. Objections to remove, under section 321, must be delivered to the Registrar within that period.
