Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Colin Owens and David Webb were appointed liquidators, jointly and severally, of PIPE PRO LIMITED (in liquidation) by a resolution of its shareholder on 11 November 2022 at 8.30am.

The liquidators have fixed 20 December 2022 as the last day for creditors to lodge and establish any priority their claims may have in the liquidation. Creditors who fail to lodge a claim by the distribution date will be excluded from that distribution and may not object to that distribution. Creditors claiming a security interest should urgently provide details to the liquidators.
