Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Janet Sprosen and Leon Francis Bowker, of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court of New Zealand at New Plymouth on 11 November 2022 at 2.40pm. The appointment was made on the application of Inland Revenue.
