Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Company Nos.: 4114858, 5471082, 5556965

Christopher Carey McCullagh (IP39) and Stephen Mark Lawrence (IP67), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies by a special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act on 8 November 2022 at 3.21pm.

Claims by creditors in the liquidations should be sent to the liquidators by 8 December 2022.
