Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Christopher Carey McCullagh (IP39) and Stephen Mark Lawrence (IP67), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company by a special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act on 8 November 2022 at 6.39am.
