Craig Sanson and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of MARASINGHE PVT LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 11 February 2022 at 11.02am on the application of Inland Revenue.

We fix 18 March 2022 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
