Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Peri Micaela Finnigan (IP17) and Keaton Pronk (IP107), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of GLEN ECHO LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 28 October 2022 at 8.45am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Note: This company ceased to trade in 2018 and has no external creditors. The company GLEN ECHO LIMITED shares a similar company name/trade name to other companies and should not be confused with those companies.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 25 November 2022.
