Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Christopher Carey McCullagh (IP39) and Stephen Mark Lawrence (IP67), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company by a special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act on 31 October 2022 at 12.45pm.
