Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 26 October 2022 at 4.00pm, Simon Dalton and Benjamin Francis, both Licenced Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed liquidators of the company by the High Court of Auckland on the application of U.S Jaclean Incorporated.

The undersigned does hereby fix the 5 December 2022 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved, or as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
