Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies by the High Court at Hamilton pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Act on 25 October 2022 at the times below:

• HAURAKI RAIL TRAIL LIMITED at 10.47am, on the application of Carol Susanne Baker.
• WE FENCE LIMITED at 10.50am, on the application of Carters Building Supplies Limited.

Notice to Creditors

We fix 22 November 2022 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
