Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ) were appointed joint and several liquidators of T&C PROPERTY MAINTENANCE LIMITED (in liquidation) by way of resolution of the shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 on 25 October 2022 at 2.00pm.

We fix 2 December 2022 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
