Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of SHELTERING ARMS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders on 19 October 2022 at 4.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of BNT CONTRACTING LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders on 21 October 2022 at 5.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the above liquidations should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 2 December 2022.
