Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that on 8 February 2022 at 10.38am, Simon Dalton and Matthew Kemp, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, of Auckland, were appointed liquidators of VISION INVESTMENTS LIMITED by shareholder special resolution pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The undersigned hereby fixes 18 March 2022 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved, or as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
