Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Peri Micaela Finnigan (IP17) and Colin Sanderson (IP89), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of VAN LIEROP FARMING LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Hamilton on 8 February 2022 at 10.58am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on application of Reactivenz Limited.

Peri Micaela Finnigan (IP17) and Keaton Alexander Pronk (IP107) were appointed joint and several liquidators of CRAFTED DECKS AND FENCES LIMITED (in liquidation) on 10 February 2022 at 7.30am by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 24 March 2022.
