We, Colin Gower, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP20), and Diana Matchett, chartered accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP110), both of BDO Christchurch, were appointed liquidators of the company by order of the High Court at Christchurch on 10 February 2022 at 10.38am on the application of the petitioning creditor Pi-Hui Beatrice Tsai Hsu and Kenneth Tsai. The liquidation commenced on our appointment.

Notice is hereby given that as liquidators of BUSHNELL INVESTMENTS LIMITED (formerly BUSHNELL BUILDERS LIMITED) (in liquidation), we fix 10 March 2022, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
