Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Wendy Somerville and Richard Nacey, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of WELDERS & STEEL STRUCTURES (2009) LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Napier pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 10 October 2022 at 2.44pm on the application of Inland Revenue.

We fix 17 November 2022 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
