Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, Benjamin Francis and Simon Dalton, both Licenced Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were, on the dates and times specified below, appointed liquidators of the following companies:

IT RECYCLE LIMITED and GO4PC LIMITED at 11.56pm on 5 October 2022 by resolution of shareholders.

HILLSBOROUGH BUILDING LIMITED at 10.50am on 7 October 2022 by order of the High Court in Auckland on the application of Rock and Rubble Limited.

The undersigned does hereby fix the 17 November 2022 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
