Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Colin Sanderson (IP89) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of DYNAMIC GROUP HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders on 3 October 2022 at 8.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of KERRS MOTEL AND HOMESTAY LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders on 3 October 2022 at 9.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Iain McLennan (IP82) and Boris van Delden (IP57), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of LP BUILDS LIMITED (formerly PARK LANE BUILDS LIMITED) (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders on 4 October 2022 at 2.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Peri Finnigan and Boris van Delden, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of KIWIQUADS LIMITED (in liquidation) following a directors’ resolution as to solvency and a special resolution of the shareholders on 6 October 2022 at 3.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. The liquidation is solvent.

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of MAGNOLIA KITCHEN LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders on 7 October 2022 at 7.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
