Christopher Carey McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of GILES INVESTMENT HOLDINGS LIMITED and BUILDINGMANAGER.CO.NZ LIMITED (both in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 6 October 2022 at 8.37pm and 8.38pm respectively pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. These are solvent liquidations.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to the liquidators by 7 November 2022.
