Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on 8 February 2022 on the application of Inland Revenue at the times listed below:

EXPLEO FARMS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.45am.

We fix 6 April 2022 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
