Rees Logan and Andrew McKay, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Auckland (Registration Numbers: IP34 and IP40 respectively), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies at a watershed meeting by resolutions of the creditors on 5 October 2022 at 11.35am.

Notice is hereby given that as liquidators of the companies, we fix 4 November 2022 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed, or as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
