Wendy Somerville and Richard Nacey, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of THE RAILWAY LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Nelson pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 30 September 2022 at 11.30am on the application of the Inland Revenue Department.
We fix 7 November 2022 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
