We, Diana Matchett, chartered accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP110) and Colin Gower, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP20), both of BDO Christchurch, were appointed liquidators of the society by a special resolution of the board on 29 September 2022 at 6.10pm. The liquidation commenced on our appointment.

Notice is hereby given that as liquidators of TENANTS PROTECTION ASSOCIATION CHRISTCHURCH INCORPORATED (in liquidation), we fix 28 October 2022 as the day on or before which the creditors of the society are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
