Notice of Appointment of Liquidator to a Solvent Company

Notice is hereby given that the solvent liquidation of SBLLDH LIMITED (previously PERFECTION PLASTERERS NZ LIMITED) (in liquidation) commenced on 30 September 2022 at 2.30pm when the shareholder appointed Noel Allan Walton, chartered accountant, as liquidator in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 by the passing of a special resolution by entry in the company minute book.

Declaration of Solvency

A declaration signed by the director has been lodged with the Registrar of Companies stating that in the director’s opinion the company will be able to pay its debts in full in the 12 months after the appointment of a liquidator.

The solvent liquidation is being undertaken as part of a restructuring following the recent cessation of business.

Notice to Creditors and Claimants

Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator is not required to call a meeting of creditors. However any creditor or claimant on this company is asked to contact the liquidator urgently. I hereby fix 4 November 2022 as the date by which any creditor or claimant is to make a claim, and to establish any priority their claim may have.
