Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Company Numbers: 552305, 642948, 173360 and 500957

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies by the shareholders on 27 September 2022 at 3.30pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act. KATISHA PROPERTIES LIMITED is a solvent liquidation.

Notice to Creditors

We fix 26 October 2022 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
