Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that on 21 September 2022 at 10.30am, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 that the above-named company be liquidated and that Kevyn Andrew Botes, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of i-Business Recovery Limited, be appointed liquidator.

Note: The company is solvent and the directors have signed a solvency certificate to support this.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 28 October 2022 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-mentioned company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
