Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) and Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

We, Diana Matchett, chartered accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP110) and Colin Gower, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP20), both of BDO Christchurch, were appointed liquidators of the company by a special resolution of the shareholder on 27 September 2022 at 2.00pm. The liquidation commenced on our appointment.

We note that this is a solvent liquidation which is being undertaken as part of a restructuring of the affairs of the shareholder.

The director of the company has signed a declaration under section 243A of the Companies Act 1993 that the company’s debts will be paid within 12 months after the appointment of the liquidators.

Notice is hereby given that as liquidators of BELLWOOD STUD LIMITED (in liquidation), we fix 25 October 2022 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
