On 16 September 2022 and on 20 September 2022, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidations commenced on 16 September 2022 at 9.20am and 20 September 2022 at 9.00am respectively.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 30 October 2022.
