Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Dunedin pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 22 September 2022 on the application of Inland Revenue at the times listed below:

CLICKWORKS MANUFACTURING LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.22am.

CLICKWORKS DESIGN LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.24am.

We fix 28 October 2022 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
