Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), that Rowan Chapman and Amanda Atkins, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Chapman Atkins Limited, Chartered Accountants and Insolvency Specialists, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the company by special shareholders’ resolution on 7 February 2022 at 11.00am.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

We fix 18 March 2022 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

Note: The above-named company is solvent and is no longer required for the purpose for which it was established.
