Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Garry Whimp, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Whangarei, was appointed as liquidator of the company by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 9 February 2022 at 11.25am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator fixes 25 March 2022 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have in the liquidation.
