Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Boris van Delden (IP57) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ARISTON BAYS RISE LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders on 12 September 2022 at 2.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Peri Finnigan and Colin Sanderson, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of BDR PROPERTIES LIMITED (in liquidation) following a directors’ resolution as to solvency and a special resolution of the shareholders on 15 September 2022 at 8.30am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. The liquidation is solvent.

Peri Finnigan and Boris van Delden, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of SBL CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (in liquidation) following a directors’ resolution as to solvency and a special resolution of the shareholders on 20 September 2022 at 12.15pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. The liquidation is solvent.
