Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, accredited insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of the above-named company pursuant to a resolution passed by the shareholder on 15 September 2022 at 10.40am.

The liquidator fixes 18 October 2022 as the last day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
