Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholder of the above-named company has appointed Heiko Draht, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Auckland, as liquidator in the liquidation of MANGAWHAI PROPERTY LIMITED (in liquidation) on 12 September 2022 at 3.47pm.

The liquidator fixes 23 October 2022 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are required to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
