Malcolm Hollis and Wendy Somerville, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of GENETIC DEVELOPMENT (NZ) EXPORTS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP (in liquidation) by the High Court at Hamilton pursuant to section 92 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008 and section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 5 September 2022 at 10.54am on the application of Armer Farms (N.I.) Limited.

We fix 14 October 2022 as the day by which the creditors of the limited partnership are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
