Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several interim liquidators of the above-named company by the High Court at Rotorua on 1 September 2022 at 12.30pm pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Act on the application of Tania Capper.

Notice to Creditors

We fix 29 September 2022 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority under section 312 of the Act.
