Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 31 August 2022 at 1.00pm, it was resolved by a special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 that the company is liquidated and that both Grant Bruce Reynolds and Pritesh Patel, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners be appointed liquidators.
