Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of FIRMA GROUP LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders on 19 August 2022 at 10.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Iain McLennan (IP82) and Boris van Delden (IP57), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of KINGDOM CONTRACTORS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders on 22 August 2022 at 8.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Peri Finnigan and Boris van Delden, chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators on 24 August 2022 of IDX HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 8.00am and FREIGHTRITE LIMITED (in liquidation) at 4.30pm following directors’ resolutions as to solvency and a special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. Both liquidations are solvent.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 3 October 2022.
