Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, accredited insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of the above-named company pursuant to a resolution passed by the creditors at the watershed meeting on 22 August 2022 at 12.00pm.

The liquidator fixes 22 September 2022 as the last day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
