Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 16 August 2022 at 9.45am it as resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 that the company be liquidated and that Pritesh Patel, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP120), be appointed as liquidator.
