Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Janet Sprosen and Leon Francis Bowker, of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court of New Zealand at Auckland on 12 August 2022 at 11.13am. The appointment was made on the application of Inland Revenue.

The liquidators fix 12 October 2022 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
