Notice of Appointment of Interim Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Iain McLennan (IP82) and Keaton Pronk (IP107), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several interim liquidators of KIWI SHEDS NORTHLAND LIMITED (in liquidation) and KSN GROUP LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland on 8 August 2022 at 3.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on application of Robert N. Gauld.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 18 September 2022.
