On 27 July 2022 and on 2 August 2022, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidations commenced on 27 July 2022 at 11.00am and 2 August 2022 at 9.00am respectively.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 31 August 2022.
