Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Wendy Somerville and Richard Nacey, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of LAMBERT’S LUSCIOUS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Wellington pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 26 July 2022 at 10.06am on the application of Inland Revenue.

We fix 6 September 2022 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
