Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of SMETRIC INSIGHTS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders on 26 July 2022 at 12.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Boris van Delden (IP57), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of RIG TECH SOLUTIONS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders on 26 July 2022 at 7.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidations should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 8 September 2022.
