On 1 February 2022, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that SUGAR SISTERS LIMITED be liquidated and that Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 1 February 2022 at 12.00pm.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 2 March 2022.
