Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 that the companies passed a special resolution putting the companies into liquidation and appointed Trevor Edwin Laing (IP32) and Emma Margaret Laing (IP103), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Trevor Laing & Associates Limited, as joint and several liquidators on the date and times below:
