Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Christopher Carey McCullagh (IP39) and Stephen Mark Lawrence (IP67), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies by a special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act on 22 July 2022 at 8.30am.

Claims by creditors in the liquidations should be sent to the liquidators by 22 September 2022.
