Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the dates and times as specified below the High Court appointed Simon Dalton and Benjamin Francis, both Licenced Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, as liquidators of the companies:

• KOTAHITANGA LOG HAULAGE LIMITED at 10.15am on 12 July 2022 on the application of Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Limited at the High Court at Rotorua.
• ALL ABOUT DRAINS LIMITED at 10.05am on 9 July 2022 on the application of Drain Ninjas Limited at the High Court at Auckland.

The undersigned does hereby fix 27 August 2022 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
