Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Following a solvency resolution, Garry Whimp, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Whangarei, was appointed as liquidator of the company by the company’s shareholder on 5 July 2022 at 12.57pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator fixes 26 August 2022 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish priority their claims may have in the liquidation.

Note: This is a solvent liquidation.
